The mission of Nora Springs - Rock Falls Elementary is to prepare children through initial school experiences for further education by facilitating an atmosphere of learning so that each child will develop socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually according to his/her abilities and to provide each child with a positive attitude toward self, toward others, and toward learning.
